I live close to the border of Fulton county so a lot of my shopping gets done there. I really like Natural Foods Warehouse in John’s Creek on Medlock Bridge Road. They have great deals, especially for vegetarian/vegan staples. Publix also has a good selection of organics and decent produce prices. When things go on sale at Whole Foods the prices aren’t too bad, but I don’t do the bulk of my shopping there. I also like to go to Sevananda in Little Five Points on occasion!

According to a study in Europe organic foods contain up to 40% more antioxidants-organic milk contains up to 60% more antioxidants than non organic milk. Organic foods make up the fastest growing segment of the food marketplace-growing 17-20% per year.
